The staff provided exceptional service, especially during breakfast, where the views were breathtaking. Bring snacks for lunch, as options are limited nearby. Highly recommend!

My stay at Hotel Grand Chancellor was very positive. The staff were exceptional, efficiently assisting with my presentation needs. The room was spacious and clean, featuring a comfortable bed and well-designed bathroom with excellent water control. The location was perfect for attending my conference, and I appreciated the nearby cafes for meals. Free parking over the weekend was a significant plus.

The steep stairs leading to the swimming pool weren't very pleasant on bare feet, and the cleanliness of the room raised concerns, with unmade beds and unclean sheets. On top of that, paying $30 for parking felt a bit steep compared to the $20 it once was, and the gym could have used more supervision for kids. The bathroom felt cramped for three people, which can be an issue when sharing space.
